I am a humanistic, existential and systemic psychotherapist. I connect with people where they are in the present moment and I listen deeply to their concerns. I respect each person's inner wisdom and believe that, though we can become blocked or lose our way; each of us naturally tends toward growth and resilience.

Past and current relationships, be they family of origin, community, cultural ties, or family of choice, shape who we are, how we grow, and hold both the wound and the salve for our healing. Grieving is an essential part of the healing process for it makes room for new growth and clears the path on the journey toward a better life. I help people on their journey with honest feedback, gentle confrontation, and by creating a safe and compassionate container where healing and wholeness can emerge.
